I would like to follow a course in Dutch in the Netherlands/Flanders. Where can I find more information?
There is a large range of courses that you can follow. To make a choice, it is important to know why you want to study Dutch (your goal) and what you start level will be.
Two summer courses are organised under the auspices of the Nederlandse Taalunie (Dutch Language Union). These courses are aimed at advanced students of Dutch at universities abroad. You have at least to be able to speak, read and write Dutch at an advanced level. More information on the summer courses and on requirements for admission can be found on taalunieversum.org/worldwide/summer_courses_in_dutch/.
But there are other possibilities. Also as an alternative to the summer courses of the Nederlandse Taalunie. Please take a look at the page of the universitaire talencentra and at the page of other courses in the Netherlands and Flanders (also distance learning).
