Scholarships for studies and research in Flanders
The Flemish government has bilateral or cultural agreements with several countries with the objective to encourage and stimulate cooperation in the field of education and scientific research. Foreign students who want more information or who want to apply for such a scholarship can contact the ministry in their own country that is responsible for international relations but they can also contact the Belgian Embassy in their country.
